At BaseOne Innovations, we provide IT Services, Consulting, and Training Solutions that are customized and delivered digitally or remotely.
As our services involve project-based, subscription-based, or time-bound engagements, refunds are generally not applicable once the payment is made or the service has commenced or training has been scheduled.
However, we understand exceptional situations may arise. Refund or cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to mutual agreement and the specific terms outlined in the project or service agreement.
